Accommodations
We are warm friendly family 2 star AAA Approved Motel. Our comfortable accommodations include new queen size beds, new carpets, & air conditioning. The rooms are very pleasantly decorated and meticulously maintained. All rooms are on one level for easy access and there is ample parking directly in front of the units. We are conveniently located at the crossroads of the Adirondack Mountains at Route 3 and 30.
There is an outdoor 20 x 40 swimming pool and slide. Our backyard offers a beautiful, private picnic area, available to all our guest at their convenience!
We have 18 units, many which have been remodeled, all come complete with the comforts of home. Rooms come with double beds, queen or choose our larger units which carry two double or two queen size beds. All rooms come with a coffee maker, air conditioning, high speed internet access, free local calls, refrigerators, along with cable TV which carries HBO Movies. Continental breakfast included each day. Located in the Main Office is a Microwave oven for your convenience whenever needed.
Rates vary per season and are as follows:
1 Day Rates: $65.00 - $110.00. Please note that rates may be higher than listed during holidays and special events. Depending upon availability, two night minimum stays may be required during special events or holidays. During the Summer Season a 2 night minimum stay will be required.
